Noreen is a 300 hour yoga instructor specializing in slow yoga practices to help align the flexibility of a yoga body with the calmness and peace of a yoga mind. \nHer yin yoga and restorative yoga classes are designed to release body tension and bring calmness to the mind. \nRestorative yoga invites you to completely relax your body and lets you reset the neuron-connections from brain to body giving an overall feeling of calmness and wellness. \nIn restorative yoga your body is completely supported by props\, and each pose is held for 10 minutes letting your body and mind completely reset. \nDue to the personal attention required we are limiting this class to 6 attendees. \nSuitable for all levels\, no prior yoga experience necessary. \nWhat to bring: yoga mat\, water bottle\, any yoga props you may have such as yoga blocks\, yoga bolster\, blanket and yoga strap.\nIf you don’t own any props we will have some props available for you to\nuse.\nThis is a 90 minutes class \nTo sign up for the classes\, go to Yoga for Life NC on Meet Up (https://www.meetup.com/yogaforlifenc/) and confirm attendance. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free\, in-person Power of Eight Intention Group\, a guided group practice based on the work and teachings of Lynne McTaggart and her book\, The Power of Eight. When time and interest allow\, we may close with a Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation to help embody what we’ve explored.\nRather than focusing on what’s “wrong” or what needs to be fixed\, Transformation Lab emphasizes awareness\, compassion\, and curiosity.
