SUMMARY:Power of Eight Intention Group
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free\, in-person Power of Eight Intention Group\, a guided group practice based on the work and teachings of Lynne McTaggart and her book\, The Power of Eight. McTaggart’s science-based research shows undeniably that “Intention gets supersized in a group and the more you intend for someone else\, the more it rebounds back on you.” This is what they call the “mirror effect.”\nOur group mirrors the structure and process used in Lynne McTaggart’s Power of Eight groups and Masterclass teachings.\nTOGETHER WE WILL: \n• Learn and follow the Power of Eight intention process\n• Practice focused group intention\n• Experience the amplified effect of collective energy\n• Cultivate connection\, awareness\, and trust in the process\nHOW IT WORKS\n-Each week\, we do 2 – 3 intentions that people from our group bring in. \n-Whenever we are doing an intention for someone else\, we must have their permission.\n-Whoever is going on any given week will write out their intention and/or have the group help to clarify the intention.\n-We will sit in a circle and may hold hands during the 10-minute intention meditation.\n-Afterwards\, we will discuss any experiences we had during the intention.\nNo experience is necessary\, just a willingness to show up with an open heart and focused presence.\nThese sessions will be facilitated by Karin Cross who has taken Lynne McTaggart’s “Intention Masterclass” and “Become a Better Healer” and has had years of practice in Power of Eight groups.\nWhen: Usually the First & Third Thursdays of each month \nTime: 12:00–1:30 pm\nWhere: Souly Holistic\, 5540 McNeely Drive\, Suite 101\, Raleigh\, NC\nCost: Free and open to the public

We will be having a little bit of a different workshop this time. Extra exercises to implement these agreements. \nWe will read One chapter per week and discuss how it relates to the everyday life that we live. We will then discuss how to incorporate this new agreement into our own being and into our life! \nYou will not need to purchase the book\, however\, I believe that once we start to go through it you are going to want your own! I do have copies for sale at Souly Holistic. \nABOUT THE BOOK:\nDon Miguel Ruiz gives four principles as a guide to develop personal freedom and love\, happiness\, and peace. With these principles you tell yourself who you are\, what you feel\, and what you believe.
