These shadows can show up as fear\, anger\, self-doubt\, or people-pleasing. They often influence our lives from behind the curtain. \nThe goal of Shadow Work isn’t to “fix” you\, because you are not broken. The purpose is to understand and integrate\, to bring light to those hidden parts and offer them compassion instead of judgment. To actually see yourself as who you are\, fully.
