DESCRIPTION:Tao Blessing Ceremony \nJoin us for a Tao Blessing Ceremony\, a sacred tradition centered on reconnecting with your true nature and cultivating greater peace\, compassion\, wisdom\, and harmony.\nTao means the Way\, the Path\, and the Truth. During the ceremony\, participants will “Receive Tao” and be introduced to the Three Treasures\, traditional teachings intended to help guide us back toward our inner nature and Source. \nThe experience includes the Tao Blessing Ceremony followed by a class exploring Tao\, the Three Treasures\, and their meaning in everyday life. \nWhat to Know:\n• Open to all ages and the public\n• Approximately 3 hours\n• $10 one-time Token of Merit donation for those receiving Tao\n• Bring 2 apples or 2 oranges as an offering\n• Bring a cushion or yoga mat for sitting/kneeling\n• White top with black or navy pants is preferred; otherwise\, conservative/business-casual attire is appropriate \nThe ceremony includes kneeling and bowing. Please let us know in advance if accommodations are needed.\nPrior to the class\, please provide your contact information for the host. \nTao is traditionally received once in a lifetime. DESCRIPTION:Sacred Group Breathwork Journey \n1 hour 30 minutes @ US $35.00\, In-person \nThe Sacred Breath Method is a holistic\, parasympathetic-driven\, and trauma-informed approach to Conscious Connected Breathwork.\nThis method incorporates a nourishing nose-inhale breath cycle\, which is key to activating the parasympathetic(rest & restore) nervous system response.\nCircular breathing brings vital levels of oxygen into the body allowing for alignment and movement of universal life-force energy. It is a powerful tool for dissolving energetic blocks and emotional wounds. It activates the higher mind for clarity and elevated consciousness by way of the theta brainwave state. \nWhat to bring for your journey: \nEye mask with straps to cover your eyes while journeying (it’s possible to tie a scarf or bandana as well)\nBlanket\nWater to drink after the journey\nJournal for insights/reflection\nBefore the session: \nGo to the bathroom\, avoid consuming any alcohol or intoxicating substances\, and do not eat a large meal. Make sure all food is digested at least 1 hour before and eat lightly in the hours prior. Avoid coffee at least 3 hours before breathwork.\nWear comfortable\, loose-fitting clothing (no belt or buttons) that is not restrictive around the waist. Sports bra\, loose bra\, or avoid it altogether.\nPost breathwork self-care: \nDrink plenty of water and eat nourishing food\, allow spaciousness for processing/journaling\, connecting with nature/grounding\nBreath medicine may continue to work on you past the journey.
