We will be having a little bit of a different workshop this time. Extra exercises to implement these agreements. \nWe will read One chapter per week and discuss how it relates to the everyday life that we live. We will then discuss how to incorporate this new agreement into our own being and into our life! \nYou will not need to purchase the book\, however\, I believe that once we start to go through it you are going to want your own! I do have copies for sale at Souly Holistic. \nABOUT THE BOOK:\nDon Miguel Ruiz gives four principles as a guide to develop personal freedom and love\, happiness\, and peace. With these principles you tell yourself who you are\, what you feel\, and what you believe. With these agreements you can change your limiting beliefs. \n”The Four Agreements” are:\n– Be impeccable with your word\n– Don’t take anything personally\n– Don’t make assumptions\n– Always do your best \nWednesdays: July 15\, 22\, 29.
