Eg. Yoga blocks\, yoga bolster\, blanket and yoga strap. \nThere will be some props available so do not be put off if you do not own any yoga paraphernalia.\n**Yoga for Life is owned by Noreen Fitzmaurice. Noreen is a 300 hour yoga instructor specializing in slow yoga practices to help align the flexibility of a yoga body with the calmness and peace of a yoga mind.\nHer yin yoga and restorative yoga classes are designed to release body tension and bring calmness to the mind. \nNoreen will host a Restorative Yoga class at Souly Holistic\nRestorative Yoga $18 \nRestorative Yoga invites you to completely relax your body and lets you reset the neuro-connections from brain to body\, giving you an overall feeling of wellness.\nIn restorative yoga\, your body is completely supported in each pose so your muscles do not have to work at all. Each pose is held for 10 minutes\, letting your body and mind completely reset. Although 10 minutes sounds like a long time\, you will be surprised how your mind goes into a meditative state and the time flies.\nRestorative yoga is suitable for all levels.
