The only pre-requisite for First Degree Reiki is to be open to receive this amazing gift!

This class is intended for anyone… if you intend to work with/on others or if this is for your own healing. This is said to enhance your own spiritual growth also by raising your frequency vibration.

Reiki First Degree is a healing modality (using hands on or hands off) channeling universal life force energy to effect change on all levels.. physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Reiki balances and harmonizes the body, mind and spirit.

You will receive Four separate First Degree Attunements, which allow the Reiki energy to flow through you. These attunements last a lifetime.

During this class you will also:

Be instructed on the history of Reiki,

Be instructed on the Reiki precepts,

Be given step by step instructions on hand positions for both table and chair protocol, and self reiki.

Be introduced to the chakra system

Be given an intro to animal Reiki

Plenty of practice time is provided. Which in turn allows for you to receive Reiki as well as give!

A comprehensive manual and certificate of completion is provided.

Upon completion of this class you will have the ability to provide reiki to yourself and others. Reiki energy work is beneficial to everyone! Especially those on a journey of self discovery and those of us in the medical, massage, veterinary, social work and all fields!
