Whether you have and want to review, or have not read it yet, please join us for 4 consecutive weeks to read and discuss each agreement one by one!

If you have attended this workshop prior, welcome back! We will be having a little bit of a different workshop this time. Extra exercises to implement these agreements.

We will read One chapter per week and discuss how it relates to the everyday life that we live. We will then discuss how to incorporate this new agreement into our own being and into our life!

You will not need to purchase the book, however, I believe that once we start to go through it you are going to want your own! I do have copies for sale at Souly Holistic.

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Don Miguel Ruiz gives four principles as a guide to develop personal freedom and love, happiness, and peace. With these principles you tell yourself who you are, what you feel, and what you believe. With these agreements you can change your limiting beliefs.

”The Four Agreements” are:
– Be impeccable with your word
– Don’t take anything personally
– Don’t make assumptions
– Always do your best

Wednesdays: July 15, 22, 29. August 5. August 12th we will discuss the Fifth Agreement.

This workshop costs $50 for 5 weeks paid in advance, or $11 each week.
