It’s time to clean house, Ladies! Who’s ready for an Energetic Cleanse? Let’s get together in community for this Spring Equinox Sacred Ceremony, a Sacred Releasing Ceremony guiding you through the sacred release of letting go of all that is heavy, all that is interfering with your lightness and expansiveness, anything that’s interrupting your joy and peace. Whether what you are ready to say goodbye to is a person or a relationship OR you’re ready to say goodbye to an old way of being with yourself OR goodbye to what could have been. This Releasing Ceremony is a beautiful way to let go and to shed.
We may be holding onto the grief of a relationship that is keeping us stuck in the past. So often we do not mourn the relationships of people who once walked with us but are no longer part of our journey moving forward. This doesn’t just relate to people who have passed on but also to people who still walk this earth. This loss may be something we don’t talk about or share. The energy of the relationship may feel stuck. This Releasing Ceremony is the time and place to share. It is the time and place to cry and release.

We show up for each other to hold space for the grief and the loss, and to be the collective midwives to usher in each of our Sisters into their new reality, their new life. A life ripe with freedom, lightness, and expanse, joy, laughter and peace. To get there we honor what we had, we honor the loss, we allow space for grief, and we breathe collectively so that healing can begin.
This is a time for the flowing of emotions. Shares are not required but holding space for the emotions of others is needed to create a beautifully honoring Sacred Space for all.

Reiki Master, Shaman, and Meditation Instructor Rebecca Crystal guides you through a beautiful journey of Sacred Release to let go of what no longer serves you, including a gentle spirit journey to commune with Spirit for guidance and wisdom with reiki energy healing and intuitive messages. Culminating in a WILD calling out, a rebirth where you will transition into your new life full of joy and peace lightness and expanse! We will end our sacred journey with a journaling exercise for integration and a closing circle to share the wisdom we gained with each other, and share heartfelt handwritten notes to honor one another, sending encouraging vibes to each other and celebrating their new beginning.
INCLUDES:

• creating a Sacred Altar to honor what you are releasing,
• creating our Sacred Circle,
• a calming meditation to establish your inner resource,
• somatic techniques to help you guide emotions as they arise,
• sharing sentimental stories about our loved ones who no longer walk with us (OR sharing stories about old ways of being which you are ready to release OR sharing stories about what could have been),
• taking time to talk about the lessons learned from these relationships,
• honoring the relationships and our loved ones even if the parting was bittersweet,
• holding space for the stories and the emotions relating to grief and loss,
• ethereal fire for release,
• alchemizing prayers of Loving Kindness wishing our loved ones well, including the ones who have departed in hurtful ways,
• utlitizing the transmuting physical movements of Tai Chi,
• communal breathwork and humming,
• a spirit journey to commune with Spirit for guidance, wisdom, insight, healing with Reiki and intuitive message for each individual Sister
• a WILD calling out!! The sound of your rebirth into your next life full of lightness, expansiveness, joy, freedom, peace!
• journaling for integration,
• exchange of notes of encouragement from the Sisters
• Closing Circle Meditation
• and a gift from Rebecca!

BRING:

• anything you’d like to place on the sacred altar that represents what you are releasing
• pillow, blankets, mat, eye mask
• your journal & pen
• an encouraging note for one other woman in our Sacred Circle (please write this in advance, it can be long or short, and place it in a sealed envelope with the name “My Sister” on it)

Meet Rebecca: Rebecca has been serving her community as a Shaman and Reiki Master for over ten years providing integrative holistic energy healing to assist with increasing personal empowerment, joy, peace, and freedom through chakra cleanse and balancing, reiki, angelic healing, shamanic divination, shamanic journeys, shamanic soul retrievals, energetic cord cutting, psychological acupressure (EFT), quantum visualization, emotional stress release, channeled intuitive messages, readings, breathwork, Tai Chi, and guided meditation. She has formally trained in multiple energy healing modalities and holds the designations of Shaman (trained in four paths of Shamanism), Reiki Master, Angelic Therapy Master, Energy Kinesiologist, Emotional Stress Release Master, EFT Practitioner, Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor, Mindfulness Instructor, Tai Chi Instructor.
