Themed Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a holistic practice focusing on meditation, zen, and energy work. It may sound “woo-woo” but it works on the basis that everything is energy. Think of these sessions as personal resets, focusing on intentions, calm, and inward focus.
Tonight is all about being open minded and giving Reiki a try! No knowledge or experience necessary.
What to expect:

• A brief intention-setting chat (1–2 minutes)
• A 30-minute Reiki session focused on your chosen theme/intention
• Quiet discussion afterwards to discuss thoughts, feelings, and any other happenings.

These sessions are a simple, accessible way to reset your energy, release emotional debris, and make room for a clearer, calmer, and rejuvenated version of self.

Sessions are first come first serve for time selection. If you’d like a specific 30 minute time slot, let me know. This will be held in person at Souly Holistic.
