Shadow Work Class

Join us at Souly Holistic for our presentation about Shadow Work.

Shadow work is the practice of meeting the parts of yourself you may have ignored, hidden, or rejected: the parts that were shaped by early experiences, survival instincts, or even inherited beliefs. These shadows can show up as fear, anger, self-doubt, or people-pleasing. They often influence our lives from behind the curtain.

The goal of Shadow Work isn’t to “fix” you, because you are not broken. The purpose is to understand and integrate, to bring light to those hidden parts and offer them compassion instead of judgment. To actually see yourself as who you are, fully. This process is about Self-Awareness turned into Self-Acceptance.

In this class you’ll learn how to use Shadow Work as a practice in your daily life. We’ll also walk through individual questions to create journal prompts specific to you, prompts you can use as daily entries or just simple reflections.
