Take a pause in the middle of your day and reset your energy with a gentle, grounding meditation hour at Souly Holistic.
On the first Monday of every month, Cathy will guide a meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and clear the noise that builds up throughout daily life. No experience is needed, just bring yourself and an open mind.
During each session, Cathy will also offer group Reiki healing, creating a supportive environment for relaxation, balance, and emotional ease. This hour is meant to be a soft landing place: peaceful, restorative, and easy to fit into a lunch break.
Please bring your own blanket and eye mask.
You’re also warmly encouraged to return in the evening from 7–9 PM for our monthly Reiki Share, where practitioners and newcomers come together for deeper community healing.
This is great for beginners or seasoned meditators and is free to attend.
